Our team is an experienced group of licensed nurses, business consultants, data analysts, and developers who have extensive experience in the substance abuse and behavioral health industry. To provide governance and judiciously implement our vision, OCG has created an Advisory Board. The board includes physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, clinicians, service providers, and healthcare administrators.
The goal is for OCG to provide you the data intelligence and ability to stay ahead of the triggers that can lead to a relapse.
Matthew J. deNicola
Matt has extensive experience in building companies with the goal of providing exceptional service to its stakeholders. Matt was instrumental in defining the key success elements of Malibu Group Billing: People, Process & Technology. With over 25 years startup and consulting experience, Matt brings proven finance and technology oversight to Malibu Group Billing.
David Forline
David has a well tenured background in healthcare billing, collections and practice management. His extensive knowledge, accomplishments and strategies have earned him many accolades throughout the past 26 years. He has worked closely as an expert forensic coding and billing expert with compliance law firms and has personally contributed evidence which resulted in many successful victories in courts of law.
Andrea Reaber
Andrea has been an active member in the health care industry for 5 years, spending the majority of her time in substance abuse treatment settings. She has worked for prominent Malibu treatment centers for 4 years in a nursing as well as a Utilization Review capacity. Andrea specializes in advocating for clients through her extensive clinical knowledge and rapport with case managers.
